Yes! All orders are tracked via the Mexican Postal Service.
Please take in mind that extra fees and customs in your country are your responsibility.What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means that the product is not manufactured yet, so it may take approximately 2 months to be shipped. Please take this in mind and only place your order if you are 13884% sure and willing to wait !!!!!
Your pre-order helps me cover production costs in the first stage and includes an exclusive pre-sale gift that won't be gifted again in next sales.
I know that waiting and trusting can be uneasy, so in the status section you can check all the latest updates on production, shipping and pre-order announcements. I will provide details and pics in every stage of the process.

I will give you a tracking number and you can check the status in the Mexican Postal Service Site. If you need help with the translation you can ask me anytime.How long does shipping take?
- National: 1-2 weeks (Correos de Mexico), 4-7 business days paquetería privada.

Once the pre-order period has ended, all sales are final and I can't cancel your order.
All orders not paid by March 17 will be automatically cancelled.- Order issues
I don't accept returns or exchanges. If there's a problem with your order (damage or mistakes) please contact me and we'll find a solution to help you!- Lost packages
It's common for the postal service to have delays, if after 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time you still don't receive your order, I will do everything I can to help you track the order if you think is lost during shipment, so please contact me! But in final circumstances, please take in mind that I can't be responsible once the package left the post office.- Returned mail
If the order returns to me due to an address error or contact problems, I can refund the product or resend it if you pay shipping again.I made a mistake when placing my order (address, payment, number of products), can I correct it?
- Once you place your order in the first form I will double check with you the characteristics of your order. If you still want to change something, please do before March 15th and notify me !!
- If you made a mistake in the payment (extra) I will let you know and give you a refund, in case your payment is not complete by March 17th, your order will be canceled.
- If you want to modify your contact information or your shipping address before the products are shipped (please keep an eye on status to know when they will be shipped) you can do so, the form will be open until I indicate otherwise, but if you do it please notify me !!I want my order to be a gift
